About Us

Neurodivergence Connect CIC is a Scottish social enterprise founded in 2025 to transform how neurodivergent children and young people are supported in education and beyond.

We deliver accessible, online training and create practical digital resources designed to empower educators, professionals, and families. Our work bridges the gap between professional knowledge and real-world experience, helping ensure neurodivergent individuals are fully understood, included, and supported to reach their potential.

As a Community Interest Company, every penny we earn is reinvested into creating resources, delivering training, and driving change across Scottish education and communities. We’re committed to building a future where neurodivergent people are valued and can thrive.

Our Mission

Our mission at Neurodivergence Connect CIC is to ensure that neurodivergent children and young people are supported with understanding, compassion, and practical tools that make inclusion a reality in everyday life.

We are dedicated to:

  • Providing high-quality, practical online training for educators and professionals.

  • Creating accessible digital resources tailored to the needs of neurodivergent individuals and those who support them.

  • Offering flexible employment and volunteering opportunities to individuals with experience in neurodivergence or additional support needs.

  • Working in partnership with schools, councils, charities, and communities to promote consistent and inclusive practice.

  • Challenging stigma and raising awareness to build a more inclusive society.

  • Through all our work, we aim to bridge gaps in knowledge, reduce barriers, and ensure no neurodivergent child or young person feels left behind.

Our Staff

Neurodivergence Connect CIC was founded by two experienced primary school teachers, both passionate about improving support for neurodivergent learners and their families.

Together, they bring over 12 years of combined experience in education, training, and resource development.

Alongside our founders, we are supported by a diverse board of neurodivergent adults and individuals with professional experience in education, health, and social care. This team ensures our work is informed by both lived experience and professional insight, making our resources and training practical, relevant, and impactful.

We are committed to growing our team and creating flexible roles for individuals with lived or professional experience of neurodivergence, helping to ensure our work remains authentic, inclusive, and deeply connected to the communities we serve.
